"Machine Setup" costs cover the
Labor Only to set up the printers up
with fixtures, ink, cliches,
screens, film, tools, etc. and later clean up and
properly dispose of the waste.
There is a Machine Setup charge for
every order you place including
We do not charge for fixtures,
cliches, screens and tools, etc.; these are our property. You don't
get to take the fixtures, ink, cliches, screens,
film, tools, etc. with you when
you go to another printer (which, to
be honest never has happened unless
we decided that the work didn't fit
our business). Just
so you know.
We will be happy to replace the
value of our service and of our own product that was sold to you with that of like value if our service/product did not meet the
specifications outlined on our bid and proof.
Our service and / or product is not returnable for refund.
Our liability is limited to the
value of our printing and of our
product that we sold to you.
If you find an error you must notify us within three days of receipt of your
order from the date and time of your signing for the UPS
Once we've received your approval of
the printing proof it takes us about
4 working days to complete and then
we like to store overnight for ink
cure before shipping.
We do not store any customer credit card information.
We do not sell or share our customer lists. We offer to
sign a Non Disclosure Agreement with any customer.
We are not responsible for inadvertent pricing
or product information errors.
We reserve the right
to refuse service.
We collect Washington State
destination sales tax.
